Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Mia Asano (hereinafter, "the Seller") and the customer (hereinafter, "the Buyer") arising from orders placed through miaasanocharityhome.store4u.es.

2. Purchase process
The purchase process is carried out through the online platform. The Buyer selects the products, adds them to the cart and completes the payment process. Once payment is confirmed, the Seller will send an order confirmation to the email address provided by the Buyer.
3. Prices and taxes
Prices shown on the platform are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. The applicable VAT rate is 21% in accordance with Spanish legislation in force. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, although confirmed orders will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of confirmation.
4. Payment methods
The Seller accepts the payment methods enabled on the platform. Payment is a prerequisite for the preparation and shipment of the order.
5. Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (strikes, weather conditions, carrier failures, etc.).
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, a Buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, without the need for justification. To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify miaasano209@gmail.com in writing.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products or products manufactured to the Buyer's specifications.
7. Warranties
Products are subject to the legal warranties established under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. In the event of a defective product, the Buyer must report it within 2 months of becoming aware of the defect.
8. Complaints
For any complaint, the Buyer may contact miaasano209@gmail.com. If a satisfactory response is not received, the Buyer may turn to the Consumer Arbitration Boards or to the competent Courts and Tribunals.
9. Data protection
The processing of the Buyer's personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the website.
10. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the Buyer's domicile when the Buyer is a consumer.
